Job summary

Blueaspire Technologies seeks an experienced Head of Finance to lead the complete finance function across multiple verticals. This senior role requires ownership, strategic leadership, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, diversified business environment.

The ideal candidate will manage accounting, taxation, audit, compliance, and internal controls, building a strong finance team and scalable systems. Relocation to Varanasi is a key requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent professional qualification strongly preferred.
• Significant experience in finance, accounting, taxation, audit, and financial management.
• Strong experience managing finance across multiple business entities or diversified businesses.
• Practical understanding of FMCG, Real Estate, Hospitality, Hospital/Healthcare, Education/School, or similar sectors.
• Proven ability to independently manage the complete finance function.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit, financial controls, budgeting, MIS, and cash-flow management.
• Experience in building and managing an accounting/finance team.

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced, highly responsible, and hands‑on Head of Finance to lead and manage the complete finance, accounting, taxation, audit, compliance, and financial control functions across a diversified business group.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in managing finance and accounts for multiple business verticals, preferably including:

• FMCG / Manufacturing & Distribution
• Real Estate
• Hospitality / Hotels
• Hospitals / Healthcare
• Schools / Educational Institutions
• Trading and Micro Finance and other diversified businesses

This is a senior leadership position for someone who can take ownership of the entire finance function, establish strong financial systems and controls, make sound financial and audit decisions, and build and manage a capable team of accountants.

The successful candidate should be hardworking, commercially minded, ethical, analytical, decisive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑business environment.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a seasoned finance professional who can operate at CFO level but is also willing to be hands‑on when required.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent professional qualification will be strongly preferred.
• Significant experience in accounting, finance, audit, taxation, and financial management.
• Strong experience managing finance across multiple business entities or diversified businesses.

• Proven ability to independently manage the complete finance function.

• Excellent Excel / financial modelling and accounting software skills.

Relocation

Willingness to relocate to Varanasi is an important requirement for this position.

Candidates who are currently based outside Varanasi and are willing to relocate permanently or for the required duration will be considered.

Company‑provided food and accommodation will be available to support the candidate's relocation and stay in Varanasi, subject to company policy.
