Job summary

Powerhouse Management Consultants Dubai is assisting a rapidly growing food manufacturing and retail group to appoint a Head of Finance for India. Based in Kochi, Kerala, you will lead the entire India Finance function and partner with the CFO and senior leadership to strengthen governance and drive aggressive Pan-India expansion.

The role requires a Chartered Accountant with 10–20 years of finance leadership experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, bakery, retail or QSR.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, financial reporting, costing and business partnering.
• ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and leading finance teams.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
• 10–20 years of finance leadership experience.
• Experience in Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Bakery, Retail or QSR industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Accounts function across manufacturing and retail operations.
