Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as Finance Head or senior finance role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage cost accounting and track production-related expenses.
• Control and reduce manufacturing costs through analysis and optimization.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor budget vs actuals and provide variance analysis.
• Manage working capital including receivables, payables, and cash flow.
• Oversee inventory valuation, stock levels, and cost optimization.
• Evaluate capital expenditure (machinery, equipment, expansion projects).
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and internal controls.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks related to operations and markets.
• Coordinate with production teams to improve operational efficiencies.
• Lead the finance team and ensure training and development.
• Implement and maintain ERP/financial systems for accuracy and efficiency.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, internal departments, and financial institutions.
• Ensure timely submission of MIS reports to management.
• Expense and stock monitoring and control.
