Responsibilities

• Financial planning and management
• Financial structuring & re-structuring
• Fulfilling obligations under financing documents, loan documents, equity subscription documents and various other agreements pertaining to forward cover, buyers/supplier credits, insurance etc.
• Investor relations
• Financial Modeling & CMA Data, SAP
• Statutory compliance & Compliance with SOPs, DOA & financial discipline
• Treasury management
• Liaison / coordination with lenders, corporate finance, auditors appointed by lenders.
• Forecast financial scenarios in the industry
• Arrangement of working capital and short term loans
• Submission of reports for Board, Management Committee & various other meetings
• Identification, assessment and mitigation of financial risk Involvement.
• Valuations of enterprises’ including fixed assets, collateral, equity etc.
