Aufgaben

• Manage daily treasury operations, banking transactions, and fund management activities.
• Handle Letters of Credit (LC), Bills of Collection (BC), and related banking documentation.
• Monitor and manage Overdraft (OD) facilities, bank limits, utilization, and interest calculations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements and fund requirement forecasts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with banks for LC issuance, amendments, payments, documentation, and other banking requirements.
• Handle forward contracts, foreign exchange transactions, and related documentation for currency risk management.
• Monitor payment schedules, vendor payments, customer receipts, and fund availability.
• Maintain accurate records of banking transactions, treasury reports, and financial documents.
• Assist in managing working capital, liquidity, and short-term funding requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and banking partners for treasury-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, banking procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
