Job summary

Inmorphis Services in Noida is seeking a Senior Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and oversee fixed asset management. The role requires 3–5 years of experience and strong Excel skills.

You will handle accruals, month-end closing, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely financial information and audit-ready schedules. This is a work-from-office role based in Noida.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance operations.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register (FAR), including asset additions, disposals, and depreciation records.
• Prepare and record monthly expense accruals, provisions, and related journal entries.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Strong Experience in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related data preparation and coordination.
• Perform bank, vendor, and general ledger reconciliations as required.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and supporting schedules for audits.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain required financial information and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Support the preparation of schedules, reports, and other finance-related deliverables.

• Experience with Tally, Zoho, or any other accounting/ERP system will be preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to meet deadlines.
