Our tools empower global brands like Louis Vuitton, Grammarly and Harvard Medical School to communicate dynamically and build lasting relationships with their clients.

We're not just a startup - we're a globally recognised company with a proven track record of success. We're also proud to be ranked among the Top 50 Software Companies by G2, a leading tech marketplace. Our products are trusted by top companies across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, finance, fashion, and technology, a testament to the real-world impact you'll have with us.

Work Mode: Work From Office (5 days)

This role suits someone who sees finance as more than bookkeeping: someone who enjoys turning numbers into business decisions, building dashboards that leadership relies on, and finding smarter ways to put every rupee to work.

You'll work closely with leaders across every department on planning, forecasting, reporting, cost management and compliance - acting as a trusted finance partner to the business.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a similar role - experience in a growing startup or Software based company is a strong plus.
  • Experience with payroll processing, vendor management, and bank / payment reconciliations.
  • Solid understanding of Indian statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and Budget vs. Actual (BvA) variance analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Clear communicator who can explain the numbers to non-finance stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over accuracy and deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, Zoho books, Tally.
What You'll Do:
  • Own the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, from receiving vendor invoices through validation against POs, contracts and approvals, to booking and payment.
  • Run weekly vendor payment cycles through robust payment approval workflows, accurately and on time.
  • Maintain an accurate vendor master, and ensure MSME vendors are paid within the statutory timelines.
  • Deduct the right TDS on every vendor payment and issue TDS certificates on time.
  • Manage payments to overseas vendors end to end, including withholding tax, remittance forms and reverse charge GST.
  • Track vendor ageing, book month-end accruals for unbilled expenses, and reconcile vendor ledgers and bank accounts every month with complete accuracy.
  • Resolve vendor queries promptly and build strong, professional vendor relationships.
Tax & Statutory Compliance:
  • Compute and pay Advance Tax, and support the Income Tax Return, Tax Audit and Statutory Audit.
  • Manage TDS end to end, from monthly deposits through quarterly returns and reconciliations.
  • Own GST compliance: monthly returns, Input Tax Credit reconciliation, annual returns and yearly LUT renewal.
  • Handle payroll-linked statutory compliance, including PF (EPFO), ESI and Professional Tax, with on-time filings, challans and returns.
  • Maintain a compliance calendar so every filing and payment is made on time, with zero penalties and zero interest.
  • Work closely with external CAs and auditors, including support on transfer pricing documentation.
Payroll:
  • Own the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle, from collecting inputs (attendance, LOP, new joiners, exits, variable pay) through processing, validation and disbursement.
  • Manage salary structures, reimbursements, arrears, bonuses and full & final settlements.
  • Compute TDS on salary, handle investment declaration / proof verification, and issue payslips and Form 16.
  • Reconcile payroll with bank payouts and the books every month.
  • Resolve employee payroll queries with care and discretion.
Budgeting, Expense Tracking & Cash Outflow:
  • Partner with department heads to prepare the annual expense budget.
  • Run monthly Budget vs. Actual (BvA) analysis on expenses to identify cost drivers and explain significant variances.
  • Maintain a rolling cash outflow forecast covering vendor payments, payroll, statutory dues and Advance Tax, and plan payment schedules so funds are always available when needed.
  • Prepare monthly expense and cash flow reports for leadership, turning spending trends into insights that help management make faster, better decisions.
  • Analyse costs and identify expense optimisation opportunities backed by data-driven recommendations.
  • Support vendor renewals by benchmarking invoices and costs, helping reduce procurement costs without compromising on quality.
Internal Controls & Process Improvement:
  • Strengthen internal controls through robust payment approval workflows, governance and spending accountability.
