Job summary

Keysight is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Finance Coordinator to manage customer account statuses, drive collections, and coordinate with finance and sales teams. The role involves securing necessary documents, resolving payment processes with banks, and supporting audits with accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a finance or accounting background and 3–5 years of experience, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with finance/business administration / commerce with accounting background or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in related role

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding their account status and make subsequent collection of payments.
• Interface with finance business stakeholders to ensure correct payment application, reconciliation and compliance requirements are met.
• Obtain necessary supporting documents from customer to ensure finance requirements are met.
• Communicate with bank to resolve payment processes such as cheque, letter of credit, guarantees etc.
• Be a communication linkage with the order management team and escalations to the Sales Manager and credit department for effective resolutions
• Provide quality comments for invoice/accounts in their portfolio with regular follow up per the Collection Action Path.
• Metrics reporting to the management on their portfolio
• Coordinate with finance stake holders to complete internal, external audit and provide documentation to customers for audit requirements.
• Solves a broad range of finance, customer or business-related problems of varying scope and complexity
• Takes SPOC role for reporting , and other TEAM tasks.

Education

Bachelor degree in finance/business administration / commerce with accounting background or equivalent experience
