Job summary

People Consulting Faridabad is seeking a seasoned Plant Finance Controller with 12–15 years in plant finance controlling and consolidation. You will manage controlling ops, including billing, GL, and revenue recognition, and drive budgeting and forecasts across multiple plants.

Strong audit exposure with Big 4 and SAP FICO expertise are essential to succeed. The role requires leadership of 5+ team members, travel to plant locations, and a focus on compliance and process improvements across all

Qualifications

• CA/CMA qualification required.
• 12–15 years of plant finance controlling and consolidation experience.
• Strong team leadership for 5+ members.
• SAP FICO hands-on experience.
• Internal Audit & Statutory Audit experience with Big 4.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to plant locations.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Closure of monthly/quarterly/yearly plant-wise profitability statements and consolidation for top management.
• Manage all controlling operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting and revenue recognition.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements for all 4 plants and company level.
• Coordinate and direct budget and financial forecasts at plant level with Plant heads and Controllers.
• Supervise internal and external audits to ensure compliance with norms.
• Drive compliance across plant locations.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
• Ensure statutory law and financial regulations are met.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
• Improve efficiencies and reduce costs across operations.

Responsibilities:

• Closure Monthly / Quaterly / Yearly Plant wise Profitability Statements and Consolidation and Review with Top Management
• Manage all Controlling operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements for all 4 plants and company level and driving profitability to achieve targets
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts at plant level with the Plant heads and Plant Controllers.
• Supervising internal and external audits with all stakeholders to ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory norms
• Driving Compliance across Plant Locations.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls and improve the plant operations.
