Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a Controller or senior finance leadership role.
• Experience with Indian statutory audits, tax compliance, and regulatory filings.
• Exposure to global entities accounting, consolidations, and cross-border financial operations.
• Hands-on payroll processing experience for India and US entities.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting for India and global entities.
• Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, IFRS, and other global standards.
• Manage statutory audits for Indian entities and coordinate with external auditors globally.
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting for multiple entities.
• Implement strong internal controls and enforce financial policies and procedures.
• Oversee tax compliance (Direct, Indirect taxes, FEMA, Transfer Pricing).
• Oversee payroll processing for India and US entities; ensure accuracy and timely disbursement.

The Controller will beresponsible for overseeing accounting, compliance, statutory audits, payroll, and financialreporting.
