Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Senior Associate for Finance Automation in Hyderabad. The role requires deep expertise in finance transformation, including COA, GL, and close processes, with exposure to BlackLine modules.

Qualifications

• MBA or CA with Finance/Accounting focus.
• 3+ years in finance transformation consulting or finance/accounting related to organization structure, COA, GL, close.
• Extensive experience with BlackLine and related modules.
• Certification in BlackLine modules is a plus (ARC, J,E, MFT, FRA, Studio).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with FloQast, Workiva, Coupa, Kyriba or High Radius is a plus.

The candidate must demonstrate willingness to go the extra mile for the team’s success.
