Job summary

Swan Corp is seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead Finance & Accounts operations for its real estate business in Mumbai. The role involves financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, MIS, internal controls, and project finance.

The incumbent will manage accounting, statutory compliances, audits, budgeting, cash flow, MIS, and internal controls, while guiding the finance team and ensuring project funding and timely collections.

Qualifications

• CA with 8–12 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA, SAP/Tally, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting, book closure, and financial reporting (Ind AS/IGAAP).
• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate statutory and internal audits and finalize accounts.
• Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and MIS reports.
• Monitor RERA compliance, project costing, fund utilization, customer collections, and vendor payments.
• Lead and support the finance team while strengthening internal controls and accounting processes.
