Job summary

NCR Atleos seeks a detail‑oriented finance professional in Mumbai to lead A2R activities spanning fixed assets, intercompany, inventory, accounts payable and general ledger. The role partners with the Finance Manager to resolve complex accounting issues and to ensure accurate monthly results in the cloud ERP environment.

The candidate will prepare reconciliations, support statutory audits, and help manage month‑end processes, internal controls, and compliance with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Experience managing A2R processes including FA, Intercompany, Inventory, AP, and GL.
• Ability to prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and assist audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise A2R processes across FA, Intercompany, Inventory, AP, and GL.
• Assist Finance Manager with moderate to complex accounting issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting in Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support internal and external statutory audits.
• Coordinate with business units during month-end activities.
• Follow corporate accounting policies and ensure internal controls.
• Interlock with division planning, finance and operations to identify financial risks.
• Maintain internal control environment and compliance with local policies.
• Assist in training NCR financial processes and procedures.

Job Description

• Responsible for managing/ supervising A2R processes (Fixed Asset, Intercompany, Inventory accounting, Accounts Payable, General Ledger)
• Assist the Finance Manager in handling the moderate to complex accounting issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting of results in Cloud ERP (Oracle)
• Prepare/ review monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support internal and external statutory audit.
• Co-ordination and support to business units during month end activities
• Follow corporate accounting policies in all the areas of accounting.
• Interlock with division planning finance and operations teams to identify any financial risks.
• Ensure an effective internal control environment is maintained at all times,
• Ensure compliance and adherence to all local statutory and corporate policies,
• Oversight and understanding of the P&L
• Assist in training, education, NCR financial processes and procedures
