Job summary

Sandoz is seeking a Finance Analyst to provide expert financial advice and administrative support across the finance function. The role focuses on business planning, budgeting, and risk/compliance activities to enable strategic decision-making across the organization.

The candidate will perform analytics, support forecasting, and collaborate with business managers on external and commercial activities while ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting.

Provide expert advice for a defined area of the finance function. Provide financial and administrative support to company organizations for Finance programs.

Job Description

Major accountabilities:

• Support with the operational conversion of the Finance strategic goals within a dedicated area of the business -Contribute to various financial activities and general projects to support decision making.
• Provide analysis in order to support the business planning and forecasting process and alignment across the organization.
• Provides expert advice to support business managers in external and commercial activities.
• Prepare analysis and reports to enable the development of strategic long-term financial and business plans through the provision of accurate and timely data and analysis.
• Support the implementation of risk management, financial compliance and controls (Business Process Controls [BPC], Internal and External Audits), and assist in the preparation of internal and external audits.
• Support budgeting process and control.
• Contribute to Finance projects at country or BU level.
• Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)

Key performance indicators:

• Internal customer satisfaction with quality, appropriateness, and timeliness of financial analyses provided -Reliability, timeliness and accuracy of budgetary and financial forecasts -100% compliance with all global and local procedures and policies
