Job summary

Sandoz India is seeking a Finance and Rebates Analyst to manage end-to-end rebate operations in our Telangana site. You will evaluate rebate contracts, monitor claims, and ensure payments align with contract terms, using SAP and PC-based tools.

You will partner with Finance Shared Services to resolve deductions and provide accurate documentation to internal and external customers. The role emphasizes data integrity, profitability analysis, and implementation of compliant rebate strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating rebate contracts and monitoring rebate claims.
• Ability to assist with contract reviews and financial impact analysis.
• Experience calculating rebate payments using SAP and PC-based apps.
• Customer-focused with ability to provide rebate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Accurately evaluate and interpret rebate contracts and monitor rebate claims to ensure payments are made accurately and timely as per the contracts.
• Assist with contract review and provide financial impact analysis as needed.
• Perform detailed analysis and validation of rebate claim data and calculation of rebate payments using SAP and PC-based applications.
• Maintain effective customer focus by providing rebate claim documentation to internal and external customers.
• Assist in the analysis and resolution of disputed rebate claim data.
• Communicate with Finance Shared Service regarding open deductions and rebate accrual impacts.
• Improve profitability through validation of invoices and analytics on contract terms and performance.
• Assess operational viability of contract strategies and help implement new strategies compliantly.
• Provide initial guidance on rebate issues to staff and elevate issues to Director.
• Assist in design of innovative solutions for rebate processing and data integrity, including mainframe and PC-based systems.
• Maintain knowledge of system processes.
• Assist in developing and implementing reportable metrics for senior management.
• Assist in policies and procedures development and implementation.
• Provide SME of contracting systems for process improvements.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
