Job summary

Morningstar India Private Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a Finance Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling aligned with the company’s strategic plan.

The role requires 3–6 years in corporate finance or analysis, strong Excel skills, and ability to work cross-functionally in a hybrid environment. Evening shifts aligned with UK time may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CA, or ICWA qualifications are an advantage
• 3–6 years of experience in corporate finance or business partnership/analysis roles
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to influence decisions
• Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work well on large and small cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to build relationships with team members, business leaders, and other internal functions
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; experience with Oracle/Hyperion, Salesforce, Tableau, or PowerBI is preferred
