Job summary

Morningstar India Private Ltd. seeks a Finance Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and financial modeling within a global FP&A context. The role coordinates with multiple regions to ensure consistency with central FP&A standards.

The successful candidate will analyze spend drivers, build financial models, and provide insights to guide strategic decisions, while adapting to a hybrid work environment that promotes collaboration with colleagues worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CA, or ICWA qualifications are an advantage.
• Minimum of 3–6 years of experience in corporate finance or business partnership/analysis roles.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to influence decisions.
• Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work well on large and small cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to build relationships with team members and leaders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Oracle/Hyperion, Salesforce, Tableau, or PowerBI preferred.
