Taj Relocations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Finance & Accounts Specialist to join our team at Sector 61, Gurugram. The ideal candidate will handle GST, reconciliations, compliance, reporting and MIS with ownership across core finance operations. CA (Inter) is mandatory, and CA Final candidates will be preferred.

Qualifications

• This role requires CA (Inter) qualification; CA Final candidates will be preferred.
• Hands-on experience in GST, reconciliations, compliance, reporting and MIS.
• Experience in Finance & Accounts with strong understanding of general ledger and balance sheet.
• Local candidates from Gurgaon are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own GST compliance and statutory filings, with timely reporting.
• Perform reconciliations and balance sheet analysis to ensure accuracy.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare monthly cash flow reporting and MIS.
• Support statutory and tax audits and provide audit readiness.
• Oversee month-end/periodic closing and close reporting.
