Job summary

GSS Group is seeking a seasoned Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant with deep hands-on expertise across the Finacle core banking ecosystem. You will diagnose and resolve production issues in CASA, TD, and Loans modules, including batch (EOD/BOD) and API layers.

Responsibilities include incident management, configuration, customization, and development of Finacle scripts. Strong stakeholder communication is essential to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on Finacle core banking experience (implementation, support, or managed services).
Strong command of Finacle Scripting (FinScript, CI/BC scripts) and PL/SQL.
Proven expertise across CASA, Term Deposits, and Loans modules with configuration and troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of Finacle EOD/BOD batch processing and job scheduling.
Experience with Finacle API/Integration framework and middleware patterns.

Responsibilities

Perform rapid root cause analysis on production incidents with minimal business disruption.
Provide L2/L3 support for critical Finacle modules within SLAs.
Configure and customize Finacle parameters, products, and workflows to meet requirements.
Develop and debug Finacle Scripts and PL/SQL; build API integrations with external systems.
Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot EOD/BOD batch jobs and scheduling.
