Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a field-facing engineer to deliver value to clients and lead maintenance projects. The role requires coordinating with customers, planning periodic maintenance, and guiding a team of engineers, technicians and vendors to complete service tasks on time.

The candidate will maintain site documentation, support sales with technical requirements, and ensure adherence to Honeywell SOPs and safety policies while driving customer satisfaction and successful project

Qualifications

• To support sales on technical requirement of maintenance or retrofit sites, including basic costing of job.
• Estimate materials costs and quantities and provide information to FSS/FSL and Service Sales.
• Assist project manager on large-scale projects to execute on time and within budget.
• Enhance customer awareness of system modifications to support sales initiatives.
• Help achieve service matrix and regional AOP targets.
• Adhere to Honeywell SOPs, HSE policies and requirements.
• Provide technical support and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of value to Honeywell clients and customers


• Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients


• The engineer needs to operate effectively under time constraints and pressure from the customer and the business


• Ability to schedule and plan periodic maintenance service on service contract requirement.


• To lead a team of Engineers, Technicians, Vendors and other available resources to perform the periodic maintenance service and attend to customer’s spot call.


• Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by Supervisor.


• Availability for and performance of duties outside of normal working hours as per agreed SLA and commitment given to Customers and as directed


• To maintain and establish a good working relationship with the customer.


• To do project management for alteration, additions or retrofit works on service site.


• Supervision of field installations and commissioning in Service projects/Quoted reactive work


• Create new sales opportunities during the application of the project/service


• To propose small work quotation for customer and carried out the proposed work on acceptance.


• Determine equipment and accessory needs for implementation and inform FSL or FSS in time


• Support FSS or FSL for project cost and progress reporting
