Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Mumbai seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive P&L of assigned projects, ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver complex data center initiatives.

From overseeing site leads and engineers to managing subcontractors and enforcing HSE compliance, the role emphasizes cost efficiency, proactive issue resolution, and strong governance across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Telecommunication, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Knowledge of FAS, Access Control, PAS, CCTV, BMS and integration requirements.
• Hyper scale Data center experience.
• Advanced Network / PC certification.
• Proven track record in project design and engineering delivery.
• Exposure to site-based, construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to coordinate day-to-day activities per milestone schedule.
• Coordinate data center integration work involving fire alarms, access control, CCTV and BMS.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and oversee project commissioning.
• Forecast monthly/quarterly with accuracy for on-time delivery and quality.
• Lead site leads and project engineers to deliver on time and within cost.
• Manage subcontractors and vendor compliance with customer HSE.
• Drive problem solving with design/engineering to prevent issues.
• Coordinate design and engineering teams for close rev/conversion.

Responsibilities

Prime responsibility to drive P&L of Project assigned and customer satisfaction with 100%.

Core Activities

• Visit customer sites to perform day to day activity coordination as per milestone schedule.
• Need to have data center experience to work on fire alarms, access control, CCTV, building management with Cx languages.
• Need to have close coordination with internal stake holders and commissioning of projects.
• Monthly, Qtr forecast with 100% accurate for the projects to be delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Solve technical issues with daily/weekly review and suggest cost‑effective solutions.
• Need to lead the pool of site leads and Project engg to get most to deliver the project on time and cost.
• Subcon management for smooth daily operation at site & vendor management for statutory compliance with customer HSE.
• Need to have problem solving behavior with innovative ideas to foster team and customer for best results.
• Coordinate Design and Engg team for close Rev conversion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering.

• Hyper scale Data center experience
• Advanced Network / PC certification
