Job summary

Loom Solar Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks a Field Service Technician to install, commission, and troubleshoot solar systems at customer sites, delivering on-site service and maintenance for residential and commercial installations.

You will handle customer complaints, resolve technical issues, and support dealers and installers, travelling within your territory to submit service reports.

Qualifications

• ITI/ Diploma or BE/BTech in Electrical, Electronics or Renewable Energy.
• 1–3 years of field service experience; freshers with relevant knowledge may apply.
• Knowledge of solar systems is preferred.
• Must own a two-wheeler and valid license; willing to travel widely.

• Willing to travel extensively.
