Job summary

Loom Solar Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a field service professional to install, commission and troubleshoot solar systems across assigned territories.

The role requires 1–3 years of field service experience (Freshers with relevant knowledge may apply), ITI/ Diploma/BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics or Renewable Energy, and owning a two-wheeler with a valid license. Willingness to extensive travel is essential.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma/BE/BTech in Electrical, Electronics or Renewable Energy.
• 2–3 years field service experience; Freshers with relevant knowledge may apply.
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and troubleshoot solar systems.
• Provide on-site service and maintenance support.
• Attend customer complaints and resolve technical issues.
• Support dealers and installers with technical assistance.
• Submit service reports and coordinate with the ASM.
