Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Officer role based in Thrissur. The Field Sales Officer – Used Vehicle Loan will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding customers seeking finance for used cars, Used taxi car, and commercial vehicles. Daily activities include visiting dealers and prospective customers, explaining loan products, collecting and verifying customer documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for application processing and approval. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining strong relationships with dealers and customers, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and pending cases. The Field Sales Officer will also monitor market trends, provide feedback on competitor offerings, and uphold company standards of transparency, integrity, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Business Relationship Management skills to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term partnerships with dealers and customers.
• Client Relations and Customer Service abilities to understand customer needs, address queries, and deliver a positive and professional experience.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in local language(s) and English, to present loan products and negotiate terms.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle finance or retail lending, with the ability to understand loan processes, documentation, and credit evaluation fundamentals.
• Proven ability to work in the field, manage time effectively, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline; a background in finance, business, or commerce is an advantage.
• Prior experience in NBFCs, banks, or automotive finance sales is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
• Comfort with using smartphones and basic digital tools for lead tracking, documentation, and reporting.
