The role drives growth by building relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects and engineers, and by achieving targets through daily site visits and regular shop meetings. Requirements include a valid two‑wheeler, strong communication, and 12th pass (Graduation preferred); 6–12 months channel sales experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Six to twelve months in channel sales or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or candidates from insurance/banking with sales aptitude welcome.
• Two-wheeler is mandatory for field operations.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Develop and nurture relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers.
• Conduct a minimum of two site visits per day for new business opportunities.
• Spend at least two hours daily at the assigned store engaging customers.
• Organize weekly shop meetings with applicators to drive product adoption.
• Submit accurate daily sales reports via the online portal.

This field sales role is pivotal in driving business growth by building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as painters, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets through proactive customer engagement, daily site visits, and active presence at assigned retail locations. By organizing regular shop meetings, maintaining accurate sales records, and leveraging a strong understanding of the market, the sales representative will play a critical role in expanding market reach and enhancing brand visibility. The position requires a self-driven, results‑oriented professional with a proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and other key customers.
