Job summary

Rentokil PCI in India is seeking a fresher MBA graduate with strong sales knowledge and communication skills to join our sales team. You will identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and support bid proposals, service agreements and market development.

You will work with the service team to gather feedback, help with debt collection, and contribute to a performance-based bonus culture while enjoying an attractive base salary and group mediclaim.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA Fresher with Good sales knowledge and communication skills.
• Good Interpersonal & Networking Skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to negotiate with the clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure long term and short term pest control & prevention business opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases per the sales strategy.
• Look after client retention by ensuring customers' ongoing expectations are met.
• Manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, and prospecting and market development.
• Support the service team by providing customer feedback.
• Develop good client relationships.
• Provide reports as per the requirement.
• Assist with debt collection
