Lenskart is seeking energetic Sales Executives to visit customers' homes, conduct eye tests, and sell eyewear with a strong customer focus. You will travel to appointments, perform eye checks with portable equipment, and demonstrate products to help customers choose the right spectacles.

Training is provided in Navi Mumbai for 30 days, with travel to the training location required. A valid driving license and a two-wheeler are essential to succeed in this role, along with flexibility for hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma holder.
• Willingness to travel across locations.
• Must possess a valid driving license.
• Must own a bike (two-wheeler).

• As a Sales Executive, you'll:
• Visit customers' homes based on scheduled appointments
• Conduct eye tests using specialized equipment
• Sell Lenskart spectacles and provide exceptional customer service
• Carry a 20-25 kg bag with eye check equipment and eyewears
• Meet sales targets and earn attractive commissions

Compensation Package:

• Variable compensation based on sales performance

Training:

• 30-days comprehensive training in Navi Mumbai on eye checkups and sales techniques
• Candidates must be willing to stay/travel to the training location for 30 days
• Support and product training

Requirements:
