Job summary

Lenskart is hiring energetic Sales Executives to visit customers' homes, perform eye tests with specialized equipment, and sell eyewear with a focus on customer service. You will carry a 20–25 kg bag of eye check equipment and eyewear, travel to appointments, and work to achieve sales targets with attractive commissions.

Candidates should be graduates or diploma holders, with excellent communication skills, a valid driving license, and bike ownership.

• Conduct eye tests using specialized equipment
• Sell Lenskart spectacles and provide exceptional customer service
• Carry a 20-25 kg bag with eye check equipment and eyewears
• Meet sales targets and earn attractive commissions

Compensation Package:

Training:

• 30-days comprehensive training in Navi Mumbai on eye checkups and sales techniques
• Candidates must be willing to stay/travel to the training location for 30 days
• Support and product training
