Lenskart is seeking energetic Sales Executives to visit customers' homes, perform eye tests, and sell spectacles with exceptional service.

The role involves carrying eye-check equipment (20-25 kg), meeting sales targets, and earning commissions. A 30-day training in Navi Mumbai will equip you with eye-check techniques and product knowledge, with travel to training location required.

Qualificações

• Graduate or Diploma holder required.
• Fresher or Experienced candidates welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment (20-25 kg).
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Must possess a valid driving license and own a bike.

• We're looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to visit customers' homes, conduct eye tests, and sell Lenskart spectacles.
• As a Sales Executive, you'll:
• Visit customers' homes based on scheduled appointments
• Conduct eye tests using specialized equipment
• Sell Lenskart spectacles and provide exceptional customer service
• Carry a 20-25 kg bag with eye check equipment and eyewears
• Meet sales targets and earn attractive commissions

Compensation Package:

• Variable compensation based on sales performance
• Travel allowances

Training:

• 30-days comprehensive training in Navi Mumbai on eye checkups and sales techniques
• Candidates must be willing to stay/travel to the training location for 30 days
• Support and product training
