Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a Field Sales Executive for Lenskart@Home to visit customers at their homes, perform eye tests using portable equipment, and demonstrate Lenskart eyewear solutions.

You will drive sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service, with training provided and opportunities to grow within India's leading eyewear brand. This role entails field visits and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own a bike and valid driving license.
• Fresher or experienced in sales.
• Able to lift and carry equipment (18–20 kg).
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours.

Job Description

• We're looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to visit customers' homes, conduct eye tests, and sell Lenskart spectacles. As a Sales Executive, you'll:
• Visit customers' homes based on scheduled appointments
• Conduct eye tests using specialized equipment
• Sell Lenskart spectacles and provide exceptional customer service
• Carry a 18-20 kg bag with eye check equipment and eyewears
• Meet sales targets and earn attractive commissions

Compensation Package

• Fixed CTC: 24,000 per month (20,000 in-hand)
• Variable compensation based on sales performance

Training

• 45-days comprehensive training in Chennai Madipakkam main Road, Velacherry on eye checkups and sales techniques

Requirements
