Job summary

Lenskart is seeking energetic Field Sales Executives for Lenskart@Home to visit customers’ homes, perform eye tests and drive eyewear sales across Bangalore. You will travel to appointments, carry eye-check equipment, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-growing brand.

The role offers a fixed monthly CTC of 24,000 (in-hand 20,000) with variable incentives and travel allowances; 30 days of comprehensive training in Whitefield are provided to sharpen eye-check and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma holder.
• Fresher or Experienced.
• Must own a bike and valid driving license.
• Must be able to lift 20-25 kg equipment.

Job Description:

• We're looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to visit customers' homes, conduct eye tests, and sell Lenskart spectacles. As a Sales Executive, you'll:
• Visit customers' homes based on scheduled appointments
• Conduct eye tests using specialized equipment
• Sell Lenskart spectacles and provide exceptional customer service
• Carry a 20-25 kg bag with eye check equipment and eyewears
• Meet sales targets and earn attractive commissions

Compensation Package:

• Fixed CTC: 24,000 per month (20,000 in-hand)
• Variable compensation based on sales performance
• Travel allowances

Training:

• 30-days comprehensive training in Whitefield on eye checkups and sales techniques
• Candidates must be willing to stay/travel to the training location for 30 days
• Support and product training

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma holder

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry equipment (20-25 kg)
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
• Must possess a valid driving license
• Must own a bike (two-wheeler)
