Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a Field Sales Executive for at-home eyewear visits in Lucknow. You will conduct eye tests, demonstrate spectacles, and close sales while delivering top-notch customer service.

The role requires owning a bike with a valid license, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel to customer premises with flexible hours. Training and incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate, diploma or 12th pass with willingness to travel.
• Own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• We're looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to visit customers' homes, conduct eye tests, and sell Lenskart spectacles. As a Sales Executive, you'll:
• Visit customers' homes based on scheduled appointments
• Conduct eye tests using specialized equipment
• Sell Lenskart spectacles and provide exceptional customer service
• Carry a 18- 20 kg bag with eye check equipment and eyewears
• Meet sales targets and earn attractive commissions

Compensation Package:

• Variable compensation based on sales performance
• Travel allowances Rs -3 per Km

Training:

• 30-days comprehensive job training at Lenskart Plant (Bhiwadi)
• Support and product training

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma holder or 12 pass
• Must own a bike (two-wheeler) and must possess a valid driving license
