You will source candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding, and build ties with colleges and partners while aiming to meet weekly and monthly targets. Travel within assigned locations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit Delivery Executives (Two‑Wheeler Riders) for Flipkart through field hiring, job fairs, referrals, social media, and local campaigns.
• Conduct walk‑in drives and field recruitment activities near delivery hubs.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, documentation, and onboarding.
• Build relationships with local colleges, training institutes, communities, and referral partners.
• Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide daily hiring updates. Coordinate with Hub Managers and Recruitment Leads to fulfill manpower requirements.
