Flipkart is hiring a Field Recruiter to drive candidate sourcing through field visits, social media, referrals, job portals and local networks. You will play a crucial role in recruitment and talent acquisition across Flipkart Group components.

The role focuses on proactive sourcing, building relationships with local contacts and supporting end-to-end recruitment processes. Experience in field recruitment and strong networking are preferred.
