Job summary

Keka HR is seeking an experienced Field Product Marketing Manager to strengthen product positioning, enable GTM teams, and translate product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive competitive differentiation, effective field execution, and measurable business impact.

• 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Field Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and content development skills.

Responsibilities

• Positioning & Messaging: Develop differentiated value propositions tailored to customer segments, buyer personas, and industry use cases.
• Sales Enablement: Equip GTM teams with compelling pitches, product narratives, competitive battlecards, objection-handling guides, and customer success stories.
• Competitive Intelligence: Track competitor positioning, pricing, and product capabilities to inform sales strategies.
• Field Insights: Leverage customer feedback, sales interactions, and win/loss analysis to refine messaging and inform product priorities.
• Events & Field Execution: Drive field readiness for product launches, feature releases, events, and strategic GTM campaigns.
• Analyst Relations: Build relationships with industry analysts and strengthen market perception through briefings, insights, and analyst engagement.
• Product Launches & SKU Migration: Drive GTM readiness and customer communication for new product launches, packaging changes, and SKU migrations.
• Customer Value Realization: Strengthen existing-customer value propositions by identifying successful use cases, validating realized value, and communicating customer outcomes.
• Business Impact: Measure effectiveness through win rates, pipeline conversion, competitive displacement, and product adoption.
