Vidhaalay Transformation Future LLP is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to onboard schools, colleges, and coaching institutes in Jaipur onto our education technology platform.

The role requires visiting institutes, meeting decision-makers, explaining our products and services, and converting prospects into customers. Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome; Kolkata Jaipur daily travel may be required.

• Generate leads and convert them into onboardings.
• Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions.

Field Sales Executive – Education Institute Onboarding

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Field

Salary: ₹10,000/month + Attractive Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales Executive to help us onboard schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational institutions in Jaipur onto our education technology platform.

The role involves visiting educational institutes, meeting decision-makers, explaining our products and services, and converting potential institutes into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational institutions across Jaipur.
• Identify and approach potential institutes for onboarding.
• Meet school/institute owners, principals, administrators, and management teams.
• Explain our software/platform, features, benefits, and pricing.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful onboardings.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested institutes.
• Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets.
• Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident personality with the ability to communicate with school/institute management.
• Comfortable with field work and daily travel within Jaipur.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, email, and computer applications.
• Sales, marketing, or field-work experience will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are also welcome.

Compensation

₹10,000 fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives

There is an opportunity to earn significantly more through incentives based on successful institute onboarding and performance.
