Job summary

Spectra Sign Systems is seeking an energetic Offline Marketing Executive to promote our brand directly to schools, colleges, universities, and corporate offices through face-to-face interactions and presentations.

You will generate leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and coordinate with sales teams to achieve outreach targets while conducting market research and driving offline campaigns in Bengaluru and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (diploma holders with experience may apply).
• 1–5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license required for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Visit educational institutions and corporate offices to promote the company’s products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school/college authorities and corporate decision-makers.
• Understand the clients requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
• Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, standees, samples, etc.) during visits and events.
• Give product/service presentations to small and large groups as needed.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team to follow up on leads.
• Participate in offline events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Maintain daily visit reports and update lead status regularly.
• Achieve monthly outreach and lead generation targets.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
• Manage promotional activities such as print ads, brochures, and events.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors' strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials.
• Maintain an active presence on social media and local business directories.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to improve effectiveness.
