Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for its Delhi operations. You will maintain elevator and escalator units, perform scheduled service visits, and ensure safety of passengers and stakeholders across your territory.

Proactive on-site communication and timely on-call response are key to success. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience, strong electrical knowledge, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driver's license (as required by local regulations).
• 2–5 years of experience in elevator & escalator maintenance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of electricity and electrical engineering concepts.
• Safety-first mindset with professional conduct on-site.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform 100% of elevator maintenance and service visits in the assigned territory.
• Manage the portfolio of elevators and escalators within the geographical area.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and aim for first-time fixes.
• Carry out minor repairs to ensure continual operation and liaise with customers on site.
