Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a service-focused professional for our Bengaluru operations. The role requires hands-on experience in elevator service, routine maintenance, and repair activities, with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

You will handle callbacks, audits, and service visits from our MK Towers location. The ideal candidate has a Diploma/BE in Engineering and 3–6 years of elevator industry experience, plus excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE in Engineering is required.
• 3–6 years in handling service in elevator industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Assertive, proactive, result oriented and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Attending call backs, routine maintenance and code maintenance.
• Ensure 100% service visits - RM & HK.
• Repair activity as and when required.
• ACR - Audit Copy Return & PCR - Pink copy return once work completed.
• Monitor elevators as per WWJSSS compliance.
• Generate T lead.
• Responsible for PUI completion.
