Job summary

Dognosis is hiring Field Care Specialists in Bengaluru to visit customers at home, guide breath sample collection, and ensure samples reach the lab safely. This is not a sales or medical role, but a compassionate field position requiring punctuality, warmth, and adherence to procedures.

You'll travel across Bengaluru, manage schedules, and assist in sample handling while maintaining high-quality service. English, Hindi, and Kannada fluency and a valid two-wheeler license are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in a customer-facing role.
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada.
• A two-wheeler, a valid driving licence and good knowledge of Bengaluru.
• Comfort with early starts and a full day on the move.
• Confidence using smartphone apps for day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily schedule of home visits, keeping customers informed and at ease from arrival to sign-off.
• Guide customers through sample collection and, where needed, set them up to collect samples on their own.
• Handle, record, and transport samples with care, following quality and safety procedures.
• Manage collection kits and supplies, and keep the hub team updated on anything that needs attention.
• Handle reschedules, questions, and the occasional difficult moment with grace, loop in the right team when needed.
• Share what you see in the field to improve the customer experience.
• Assist in basic assembly of collection kit and storage.
• Support other logistical requirements as the need arises.

Our cancer screening test launches in early 2027, and for many families, the first person from Dognosis they meet will be at their own front door.

Dognosis is a deeptech company devoted to unleashing the superpowers of humanity's best friends. We build brain-computer interfaces, wearable sensors, robotic platforms and AI models to standardise, scale and augment canine olfaction. Our focus is a breath-based multi-cancer test that triages risk at population scale, so early cancer detection can reach everyone. About the role

Our cancer screening test launches in early 2027, and for many families, the first person from Dognosis they meet will be at their own front door. We're looking for Field Care Specialists to make that moment calm, reassuring and well-handled.

You’ll spend your day on the move across Bengaluru: visiting customers at home, guiding them through a simple, non-invasive breath collection, and making sure every sample gets back to our lab safely.

This is not a sales role, and it is not a medical role. You won't be selling, and you won't be giving medical advice.

We expect you to be punctual, well-presented and warm, and to follow every step of the procedure every time, even when the visit gets chaotic.

We work with people getting a cancer screening test for themselves or someone they love, so empathy and kindness aren't mere buzzwords for us.

What You'll Do

• Share what you see in the field so we can keep improving the customer experience.

• Support other logistical requirements as the need arises.

Must-haves

• 1 to 3 years in a customer-facing role, ideally field sales, insurance, hospitality or home services.
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada.
• A two-wheeler, a valid driving licence and good knowledge of Bengaluru.
• Comfort with early starts and a full day on the move.
• Confidence using smartphone apps for day-to-day work.
• Ability to pass a home-visit role-play that includes a hesitant customer and a family with questions.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with home sample collection, clinical labs, or healthcare services.
• Experience handling sensitive conversations, for example, insurance claims or hospitality guest recovery.
• 4 or more languages.
