Job summary

Adecco India is hiring a Field Associate in Imphal to conduct field visits, gather ground intelligence, and support campaign execution. The role requires local knowledge of Manipur, language skills, and the ability to travel with a smartphone and bike.

The position is contractual until March 2027, with a monthly remuneration up to ₹25,000. Fluency in Manipuri or related languages and basic English/Hindi is expected, along with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, internship experience is a plus.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required.
• Fluent in Manipuri, Naga or Kuki languages with basic English/Hindi understanding.
• Must be a Manipur local with good knowledge of culture and demographics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to collect ground intelligence and feedback from local influencers and the public.
• Assess local media and social media to prepare reports for each zone.
• Support campaign execution by tracking field activities and preparing reports.
• Track and report activities on the ground regularly.
• Assist zonal team in sourcing key information for campaign strategies.

Immediate hiring Field Associate !!!

Job Location : Imphal

Remuneration: Upto 25K

Note : This is a contractual role till March 2027.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting field (constituency) visits to collect ground intelligence and feedback through meetings with local influencers and the general public
• Conducting assessments of local media and social media platforms to prepare media and narrative reports of the respective zone
• Supporting campaign execution through tracking of field-level campaign implementation, preparation of reports and feedback
• Tracking and reporting activities on the ground
• Supporting the zonal team in sourcing key information for formulation of campaign strategies

Desired Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (Candidate with internship experience would be an advantage)
• Basic Microsoft Word documentation and Microsoft Excel skills
• Fluency in Manipuri, Naga or Kuki language and a basic understanding of English & Hindi
• Should be a Manipur local with good knowledge of the culture, demographics, and political dynamics of the region
• Good networking skills are a must. Should be dynamic and flexible in terms of his/her outlook towards work
• Willingness to travel and conduct periodic field visits
• Must possess a smartphone and a bike or scooter. Candidates with laptops would be an advantage
