Capgemini is seeking a senior Salesforce Architect in Hyderabad, India to design and deliver architecture across Salesforce clouds, with hands-on development and integration expertise. This role requires collaboration with platform architects and product owners to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

The candidate will drive governance, performance optimization, and security policies while leveraging SAFe and DevOps practices to ensure efficient deployments and alignment

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Salesforce with 5+ years as a Salesforce Architect.
• End to End implementation experience with Salesforce platform; translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Hands-on development with Apex, Visualforce and force.com languages; proficient in Lightning Web Components (HTML, CSS, Javascript).
• Experience with Web-based integration (SOAP, REST) and middleware like Mulesoft.
• Release Management, Source Control and Deployment concepts (ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Jenkins).
• Agile SAFe and DevOps experience.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for designs and develops architecture delivery (integration, process, applications, data and technology) with alignment to the enterprise architecture vision, strategy and roadmap. Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in System Architecture and basic knowledge of related job disciplines. Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

Essential Job Functions:

• 10+ years of experience with Salesforce with 5+ years as a Salesforce Architect

• Should have strong experience in hands-on development using out-of-box features and custom development with Apex, Visualforce and other force.com programming languages including high proficiency in Lightning Web Components(HTML, CSS, Javascript)

• Experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and technologies such as ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Jenkins
