Capgemini is seeking a Senior Business Insurance Analyst with expertise in Guidewire and P&C insurance to bridge business objectives with IT solutions. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and define project scope while mentoring junior staff and ensuring successful testing and implementation.

You will collaborate with business leaders to deliver risk-aware, compliant solutions and contribute to a dynamic global team with flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business insurance analysis.
• Strong ability to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Familiar with Guidewire cloud and P&C insurance processes.
• Ability to define project scope and perform impact analysis.
• Mentor/supervise junior staff on project tasks.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

• Oversees requirements gathering, analysis, risk assessment and project scope.

Acts as liaison between Business units and IT at senior level; Possesses expertise in the business objectives, processes, and products; Oversees business requirement gathering and analysis, risk assessment and project scope; Mentors lower level colleagues; Performs impact analysis; Support development of application, conceptual design, testing and implementation activities; Leads and manages project support staff for medium to large projects/enhancements affecting multiple business and IT departments.

• Business Insurance Analyst who is well versed with business requirements through analysis on business activities, industry trends and sponsor requests. Works with business leader to define project scope Performs impact analysis of business process changes/enhancements across the organization
• Develops business requirements through analysis on business activities, industry trends and sponsor requests.
