The Telecom Network Operations Engineer is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting telecom network elements, with a focus on transmission topology including microwave, fiber, and IPRAN technologies. The role involves working with multivendor equipment, troubleshooting network issues, and coordinating with field teams to ensure network reliability and performance. The candidate will contribute significantly to operational excellence and timely resolution of network incidents.

Must-Have Skills

• In-depth knowledge of telecom network architecture and elements
• Primary understanding of transmission topology, including microwave, fiber, and IPRAN technology
• Hands-on experience with multivendor microwave equipment, with specific expertise in Nokia UBT and MSS models
• Strong understanding of network alarms and their interpretation
