Job summary

Manatal is seeking a telecommunications specialist with expertise in 3G, 4G & 5G technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with eNB and NR gNB, strong knowledge in RAN hardware, and familiarity with OSS/Netact tools. Effective communication skills for dealing with international customers are crucial. This role entails providing technical support and understanding installation procedures in a fast-paced environment in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Qualifications

• Expertise in 3G, 4G & 5G technologies including Nokia and Huawei or Ericsson.
• Very good understanding in RAN related hardware's and installation procedures.
• Hands-on experience in 3G/LTE eNB /NR gNB (BBU and RRH).
• Good knowledge on OSS/Netact tools (CM editor, Ops manager, ENM, cloud client).
• Basic understanding of ITIL / ITSM model.

• Very good understanding in RAN related hardware'sand installation procedureFault mgmt / troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience in 3G/LTE eNB /NR gNB (BBU and RRH).
• Design, setup, preparation and configuration support for multi vendors
• Good knowledge on OSS/Netact tools (CM editor , Ops manager, ENM, cloud client).
• Adequate experience in remote technical / FM support.
• Good understanding on HW and SW acceptance procedures
• Basic understanding on ITIL / ITSM model - IM, CM, KM, PM roles.
• Good communication skills to deal with international customers
