You’ll join a small team of two Merchandisers and help own the scope day-to-day. Responsibilities include updating Shopify listings, managing orders through dispatch, coordinating with production, sourcing trims, and maintaining trackers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in fashion merchandising, e-commerce, or retail.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Strong written English for product listings and customer communication.
• Comfortable using Shopify and Google Sheets/Excel.
• Based in Oshiwara, Andheri West Mumbai, able to work on-site full-time.
• Comfortable working as part of a small, collaborative team.
• Prior experience with production or sourcing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on Shopify for new arrivals, pricing, stock, and fit details.
• Own day-to-day order management from confirmation through dispatch.
• Coordinate with production to align volumes with schedules and flag delays.
• Source trims and materials for new collections with vendors on quality and cost.
• Respond to customer service inquiries in a warm, on-brand voice.
• Support quality checks before listing or dispatch.
• Maintain trackers and share updates on orders, stock, and customer service trends.

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 per month (INR)

Location: Oshiwara Andheri West, Mumbai

Schedule: Full-time, office-based | Monday to Saturday 10:00 am to 6:30 pm

Rooh Collective is a fast-growing Sydney based fashion brand built around close attention to detail in our product and in how we run day-to-day operations. We're hiring a Merchandiser to join our merchandising team as we grow.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, mid-level merchandising role covering everything from website management to order fulfilment, production coordination, and customer service. You'll be part of a small team of 2 Merchandisers who together own this scope so while the responsibilities below span a wide range, they're shared across the team rather than resting on one person.

You’ll need to be comfortable across all of them, with your day-to-day focus shifting based on what the team needs. What You’ll Do Shared across the team:

• Manage and update product listings on our website (Shopify) new arrivals, pricing, stock visibility, and accurate size/fit details for every collection
• Own day-to-day order management from confirmation through to dispatch, including booking shipments with courier partners
• Coordinate with the production team to align order volumes with production schedules and flag delays early
• Source trims and materials for new collections, working with vendors on quality and cost
• Respond to customer service enquiries, keeping our tone warm and on-brand
• Support quality control checks on products before they’re listed or dispatched
• Maintain trackers and share regular updates with the founder on orders, stock, and customer service trends

What We're Looking For Required:

• 2–4 years' experience in fashion merchandising, e-commerce, or retail
• Sharp attention to detail, comfortable managing many small things without letting them slip
• Strong written English for product listings and customer communication
• Comfortable using tools like Shopify and Google Sheets/Excel
• Based in Oshiwara, Andheri West Mumbai, able to work on-site full-time.
• Comfortable working as part of a small, collaborative team sharing a broad scope of responsibilities
