SITARRAA in New Delhi invites a passionate Fashion Designer to join our on-site team in a full-time capacity. You will develop seasonal collections, sketch concepts, select fabrics, and collaborate closely with pattern makers, tailors, and embroidery artisans.

Qualifications

• Strong Fashion Design and Fashion skills including concept development, sketching, and collection planning.
• Solid Textiles knowledge, traditional Indian fabrics, weaves, and surface techniques.
• Embroidery expertise to design and guide artisanal embroidery and embellishment work.
• Fitting skills including conducting fittings and refining patterns for silhouettes and comfort.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and basic technical drawing.
• Attention to detail, creativity, time management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• 5-6 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in ethnic, couture, or artisanal segments, with a portfolio showing relevant work.
• Diploma or degree in Fashion Design or related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
