RemDesk in Gurugram, India is seeking a Fashion Designer for a luxury fashion and streetwear-focused team. The role requires strong understanding of streetwear, contemporary fashion, apparel graphics, and sneaker culture, with the ability to take a concept from ideation to production-ready execution.

The candidate should possess knowledge of garment construction and manufacturing and be able to collaborate across teams to deliver finished products.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating apparel graphics and collections.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience creating tech packs and production-ready artwork.
• Knowledge of garment construction, sizing, fabrics, trims.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop apparel collections, including T-shirts, hoodies, shirts, and other fashion essentials.
• Create original graphics, prints, patterns, and placements aligned with the brand's aesthetic.
• Develop detailed tech packs and production-ready design files for manufacturing.
• Define garment specifications, measurements, print placements, fabrics, trims, and construction details.
• Work with production partners and internal teams to take designs from concept to finished product.
• Research trends in streetwear, fashion, sneakers, and youth culture to inform new collections.
• Iterate on designs based on sampling, fit feedback, material feasibility, and production requirements.

• Understanding of garment construction, sizing, measurements, fabric selection, trims, and print techniques.
• Strong visual research, conceptualisation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to balance creative direction with production feasibility.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Illustration and Procreate skills.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design and ideation tools.
• Experience with streetwear or contemporary fashion labels.
• Understanding of garment sampling and vendor coordination.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

A portfolio is mandatory and should showcase relevant apparel projects, graphics, collections, or technical work.
