Job summary

NowXprt in Thane is seeking an experienced Luxury Fashion Client Advisor to provide personalized styling consultations and premium service to high-end clients.

You will understand client preferences, build VIP portfolios, drive repeat business, and maintain deep brand knowledge across collections, designers, fabrics, craftsmanship and storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in luxury fashion retail or designer wear.
• Proven experience in client relationship management and high-ticket sales.
• Strong fashion styling sense with excellent product presentation skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Professional grooming and polished personality suitable for luxury brand representation.
• Strong understanding of luxury consumer expectations and premium retail service standards.
• Ability to handle VIP customers and personalized styling consultations.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling consultations and premium customer service to high-end clientele.
• Understand customer preferences, lifestyle needs, and fashion goals to recommend curated luxury wardrobe solutions.
• Drive sales through relationship-based selling, repeat business, and strong client retention strategies.
• Build and manage a loyal client portfolio including VIP and premium customers.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of luxury collections, seasonal launches, designers, fabrics, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling.
• Support visual merchandising standards to ensure premium in-store presentation and brand consistency.
• Coordinate private appointments, exclusive previews, and VIP shopping experiences.
• Assist in achieving store sales targets, average transaction value (ATV), and customer satisfaction goals.
• Monitor inventory availability and collaborate with merchandising teams for client requirements.
• Stay updated on global fashion trends, luxury consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
