Roles and Responsibilities:

• Achieving sales targets consistently
• Remaining in personal contact with existing customers at all times; undertaking promotional activities and achieving customer loyalty
• Developing new customers for repeat business
• Giving innovative suggestions for attracting and retaining customers
• Inducing sales of Accessories along with garments/Upselling
• Promptly identifying non-moving stocks and taking timely action as per established procedures
• Participating fully in weekly merchandising meetings and giving appropriate information on all matters that impact sales at the Store
• Making bi-annual sales successful through extra efforts
